Yet the death we seek is of our collective sins

Hard edged concepts to be sure
But worth a think to best endure
Strife does come to bid us all
See the truth as we survive the fall
Lifting our intent above the fray
Bathes us in love’s light today
The daystar gives us life through light
Yet we choose to see, we choose our fight

We choose our causes; they do not chose us
Experience teaches in Love to trust
Trusting comes through trustworthiness
Thrusting us forward to apply our own genius
