great article as usual with great advice.

I am working on lightening my load and have removed a whole book shelf. They know me at the salvation army donation line due to my frequent visit in lightening the load so my things do not own me.

Still -for real- I miss driving BMWs. I was blessed for 12 years to lease through my business. I figured out one day that it was costing me about $10 a mile to drive with insurance, gas, and the lease cost and with my low mileage short commute. I did not renew with a new one as it did not make sense but I miss that quality of life product!
