Great topic to bring awareness to help others cope with stress.
Been forcefully smiling stress away for years. Another trick I used was when I would have a big hearing or trial. I would pace the courthouse hallway near my office walking as though I had a cape trailing behind in the wind made by my giant walking steps. Worked to reduce my stress and build my confidence everytime. Most times, I had to laugh at myself after a few laps and it really broke the tension. I am a believer.
Katie Hendricks offers a body course that I took a few years back in St. Louis. I learned alot about my body self- and learned physical positions to take to respond to what is going on in the body when I need a change. We did weird things like yell at each other with noises and hands and not words to watch how the body reacts. Interesting that the mind follows the body as much as the body follows the mind.
