I just took all snark out of a pleading I am working on- its all true how bad these law breakers are but the judge did not get it before the appeals court overturned him so I gotta play it on higher ground (funny pun there since it is a case about levees). I gotta say the good on my side, not focus on the assholes as much. Thanks.
