Lots of ideas although your ideas are usually more interesting than these. Also, you have obviously never driven a BMW! Its not about the dings or where to park- its about the fun time driving everywhere you have to go. It’s how fast you can hug the curves and how fast you can speed up taking off from stop and how the car saves your life when you have to stop on a dime. Talk about using your time well- I love performance cars and they are worth my time. Ha! I am worth that enjoyment.

And since time is worth more than money- so is saving our planet which requires we talk about politics sometimes and it requires we save our democracy which requires we spend a little time talking politics when necessary and appropriate. It actually matter who is president and Governor. I’m just saying- it is worth our time to participate in our society.

So I usually enjoy your ideas and think them a little more substantive. I kind of felt like you wrote this for yourself (to justify not having a BMW?) or to someone you think is shallow or even selfish. I also felt like a lot of assumptions were made with no evidence to back the view, not that opinions necessarily need evidence.
