Thanks for these showing us these facts. I am trying to stay away from dairy as recommended by the China Study. I have given up the dairy in my diet for two weeks now- half and half in my coffee, no cheese and no butter at all. Cheese is so addictive! The thing I notice is- I can breathe way better. I think dairy affects sinuses negatively. I hope more studies show the effects of milk on our bodies. Thanks again.
