Top 4 Action steps for losing the pounds:
1. Exercise. You know this. Get up and move around.
I am really digging my new Bowflex M3 stepper I got for my Birthday!
You can make a concerted effort to stretch and use and move your body.
Walking is so great for our health. Go somewhere. Do Something fun.
Move forward to gain a better body.
2. Drink lots of water. I am not kidding. Water is the liquid of life!
The Crystaline entity called Captain Picard and his crew “ugly bags of mostly water” because we are made up of mostly water.
We are complex contained representations and transformations of what this liquid of life does for us, with us, to us and even as us. Drink good water and lots of it for good health.
3. EAT LESS. Of course this is the #1 way to lose weight.
Eat LESS food and GOOD Food.
